HELP
ReviewPort is distributed from GitHub as a Release ZIP for Chrome Developer mode. These are the most common setup, exact-star, and upgrade checks before you open an issue.
MAKE SUPPORT ACTIONABLE
Before opening an issue, note the extension version shown in Chrome, browser version, page type, selected filters and visible error. Screenshots are useful when they contain no private customer data or account credentials.

Make sure you extracted the ZIP first, then choose the folder that directly contains manifest.json in chrome://extensions.
Open Chrome’s Extensions menu, locate ReviewPort, and pin it so the icon remains visible next to the address bar.
If TikTok presents a verification step, complete it yourself and run the workflow again. ReviewPort does not bypass verification prompts.
ReviewPort requires the visible matching-result count to equal the selected star’s visible histogram count. Change the selection or wait for the page to settle before trying again.
Download the current GitHub Release ZIP, extract it, then replace the loaded folder or choose Reload in chrome://extensions. Export local data you need before changing folders because it may not carry over.
REPORT A REPRODUCIBLE ISSUE
Include the extension version shown in Chrome, Chrome version, the TikTok Shop page type, Reviews to collect target, selected filters, the steps you took, and any visible error. Do not post private customer data or credentials.
